Taekwondo Black Belt instructor to lead women’s self-defense class at The ARTSpace on Main in Pine Bluff

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The ARTSpace on Main in Pine Bluff is hosting a women’s self-defense class led by Taekwondo Black Belt instructor Florence “FloEssence” Love. The class is scheduled for Saturday, July 20, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at 623 S. Main St.

This engaging martial arts session is designed to empower women with effective noble techniques, boosting their confidence, self-awareness, and ability to protect themselves from physical threats. Florence Love, known for her dynamic teaching style, will guide participants through various self-defense strategies tailored to women’s needs.

The class is open to individuals aged 13 and older. The cost to attend is flexible, with a minimum fee of $5 and a recommended fee of $15. Participants can choose an amount that best suits their budget.
