Arkansas players prepare for $1.56 million LOTTO drawing after recent six figure jackpot claim

Arkansas LOTTO jackpot climbs to 1.858 million dollars ahead of the Fourth of July weekend drawing

Little Rock, Arkansas – Lottery players in Arkansas will have another opportunity to chase a growing jackpot as the next LOTTO drawing approaches with an estimated top prize of $1.56 million.

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced that the jackpot for the upcoming drawing has climbed to $1.56 million, offering players a chance at a substantial payout for a $2 ticket.

LOTTO drawings take place twice each week, every Wednesday and Saturday, with the winning numbers drawn at 9 p.m. Ticket sales remain open until 8:59 p.m. on drawing nights.

To capture the jackpot, players must successfully match all six numbers drawn, regardless of the order in which they appear. While the jackpot remains the largest prize available, lottery officials noted that players can also win alternate prizes by matching three or more numbers, with or without the Bonus Number.

Once a jackpot-winning ticket is sold and claimed, the grand prize resets to $250,000 and begins growing again with each drawing until another winner emerges.

Recent Winner Claims More Than Half a Million Dollars

The announcement of the growing LOTTO jackpot comes just days after a lucky Arkansas player secured a major lottery prize in a different game.

A resident of Pulaski County won $510,000 in the May 25 Natural State Jackpot drawing. The winning numbers selected in that drawing were 3, 4, 18, 24, and 26.

Lottery officials said the winning ticket was purchased through the Jackpocket mobile app. The winner later visited the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center on May 26 to officially collect the prize.

The individual chose to remain anonymous after claiming the jackpot.

The recent six-figure win serves as another reminder that significant lottery prizes continue to be awarded across Arkansas, even as larger jackpots continue to build.

Officials also reminded players that winners of draw games have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes. Any unclaimed winnings beyond that deadline are subject to lottery rules and procedures.

With the LOTTO jackpot now standing at an estimated $1.56 million and excitement still surrounding the recent Natural State Jackpot winner, lottery players across Arkansas will be watching closely when the next drawing takes place. For one fortunate ticket holder, the next set of numbers could turn a small purchase into a life-changing prize.
