Pine Bluff educators invited to recharge at Yoga in the Loft workshop with FloEssence

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – Spring is the perfect time to renew both body and mind, and ARTx3 Campus in Pine Bluff is offering a way to do just that through their upcoming workshop, Yoga in the Loft: Spring into Yoga. Scheduled for Saturday, April 19, this 90-minute yoga and meditation session will take place from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at The ARTSpace on Main, located at 623 S. Main St.

Led by certified yoga instructor Florence Love, also known as “FloEssence,” this guided class will include gentle stretching, focused breathing, and a calming meditation wind-down. The workshop is designed to be welcoming to everyone, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have practiced for years, this session aims to help participants feel stronger, more flexible, and mentally clear.

“Exercise and relax with Florence ‘FloEssence’ Love during this yoga workshop,” the event description reads. “Whether you are new or experienced, this will be an enriching experience for everyone.”

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, yoga-appropriate clothing. Mats will be provided for those who do not bring their own. The workshop is open to individuals aged 13 and up.

This event is part of the ARTx3 Campus’ flex pay program, with a minimum fee of $5 and a recommended contribution of $15. The registration deadline is April 15. Spots can be reserved online at artx3.org/all-events/yoga-april-2025 or by calling 870-536-3375.
