ARTx3 Campus set to host fitness workshop for women over 30 with Lauren Robertson

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The ARTx3 Campus is set to host its next Movement and Agility Workshop, an invigorating session led by exercise therapist Lauren Robertson. Tailored specifically for women aged 30 and older, this bimonthly workshop focuses on building functional strength, improving mobility, balance, flexibility, and boosting confidence in a fun and dynamic setting. The workshop aims to help participants feel good in their bodies by embracing movement in a supportive and empowering environment.

The upcoming session will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 13, in the Loft Gallery at The ARTSpace on Main, located at 623 S. Main Street in Pine Bluff. Meet the Facilitator: Lauren Robertson

Lauren Robertson, the owner and founder of LBR Fitness in Pine Bluff, is a registered exercise therapist and healthy lifestyle coach.
