ARTx3 Campus to host free arts and science event for families this January

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The ARTx3 Campus invites families to its exciting Second Saturday Family FunDay, a monthly program that is free and open to the public. This engaging event offers hands-on arts and science activities designed to inspire creativity and curiosity for all ages.

On Saturday, January 11, at 1 PM, visitors are welcome to join in the fun on the patio of the Creative Construction Zone at The Arts & Science Center, located at 701 S. Main Street in Pine Bluff. This month’s feature activity is creating Rainbow Bubble Foam, a sensory experience that combines food coloring, soap, and water to produce vibrant, frothy creations. This colorful and messy science experiment not only sparks imagination but also offers a fun way to explore the science behind bubbles.

The Second Saturday Family FunDay program is more than just a fun event—it’s a unique opportunity for families to participate in enriching activities that tie into the center’s current art or science exhibitions. Visitors might create art, dive into science projects, or even perform dance, music, or theater under the guidance of visiting artists, local art educators, and staff. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to blend learning with fun.

This program is made possible by the generous sponsorship of The Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation, an affiliate office of the Arkansas Community Foundation, Inc.
