ARTx3 Campus to host Movement and Agility workshop for women age 30 and older this week

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – Women aged 30 and older are invited to join a refreshing and empowering workshop designed to boost physical wellness and confidence. Hosted by the ARTx3 Campus, the Movement and Agility workshop will take place from 11 a.m. to noon on Friday, December 12, in the Loft Gallery at The ARTSpace on Main, located at 623 S. Main Street.

The one-hour session will be led by Lauren Robertson, a certified exercise therapist from Kingdom Wellness 360, who brings her knowledge and passion for healthy living to this special event. The class focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and self-assurance in a supportive and energetic setting.

“Get your body feeling good with exercise therapist Lauren Robertson, for a functional strength-building class to increase your strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and confidence! Our bodies were created to move, so let’s learn how together!” the program’s announcement reads.

Details and Registration

The workshop is open to the public but is specifically tailored to women aged 30 and above. The cost is $15 for ARTx3 members and $20 for nonmembers. Participants must register by Tuesday, December 9, through the ARTx3 website at artx3.org/all-events/movement-agility-dec-2025.

The program is made possible through sponsorship by McFarland Eye Care, which supports local wellness and community-focused initiatives.
