ARTx3 Campus to host Movement and Agility workshop for women age 30 and older this week

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The ARTx3 Campus has announced it will host a Movement and Agility workshop from 11 a.m. to noon on Friday, Sept. 12, in the Loft Gallery at The ARTSpace on Main, located at 623 S. Main St.

This workshop is specially designed for women ages 30 and older and will focus on improving strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and confidence. The class will be led by exercise therapist Lauren Robertson of Kingdom Wellness 360, who specializes in helping individuals build functional strength to support active and healthy living.

“Get your body feeling good with exercise therapist Lauren Robertson for a functional strength-building class to increase your strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and confidence! Our bodies were created to move, so let’s learn how together! For women ages 30 and older.”

Registration and Program Details

The cost to attend the Movement and Agility workshop is $15 for ARTx3 members and $20 for nonmembers. Registration is required by Tuesday, Sept. 9, at artx3.org/all-events/movement-agility-sept-2025.

The program is made possible through sponsorship from McFarland Eye Care. For additional information, interested participants may contact Bethany Gere, theater and programs coordinator, at [email protected] or call 870-536-3375.

Organizers emphasize that the class is about more than just exercise—it is about building confidence and reconnecting with the body’s natural strength and movement. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a welcoming, supportive environment while gaining skills that enhance daily living.

With limited space and high community interest, early registration is encouraged to secure a spot in this engaging and empowering session.
