The summit’s main focus, as outlined in its agenda, is to discuss both the challenges and opportunities in the workforce today, as well as what might be anticipated in the future. Attendees can expect to hear from Mike Rogers, the Chief Workforce Officer for Arkansas, who is scheduled to deliver the keynote address.

Organizers emphasize that the summit is an embodiment of Mayor Frank Scott Jr’s commitment. He has consistently voiced his dedication to nurturing collaboration between public and private sectors, as well as academic entities.
