Families invited to enjoy a hands on art experience with free DIY sticker making at the ARTx3 Campus

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The ARTx3 Campus is welcoming the community to another Second Saturday Family FunDay, this time featuring DIY Stickers. The event will take place on Saturday, August 9, from 1 to 3 p.m. at The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas, 701 S. Main St. Admission is free and open to the public, making it an ideal weekend activity for families.

Visitors will have the opportunity to learn step-by-step how to draw and design their own stickers in this creative, hands-on workshop. “Second Saturday Family FunDay is free and open to the public.”

Sponsored by the Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation and McFarland Eye Care, the event encourages children and adults alike to tap into their imaginations while enjoying an afternoon of fun and learning.

A Monthly Tradition of Art and Science

The Second Saturday Family FunDay program has become a staple at the ARTx3 Campus, offering monthly activities that combine the arts and sciences in engaging ways. Each month, participants can create art, complete science projects, or even perform music, dance, or theater. Activities are designed to complement the center’s current art or science exhibitions and are guided by visiting artists, local art educators, and staff.

For families looking to take part, more information is available by contacting Shakeelah Rahmaan, programs director, at [email protected] or by calling 870-536-3375. Details can also be found on the event webpage at artx3.org/all-events/family-funday-aug-2025.

By offering free, family-friendly programming, ARTx3 continues to build a strong connection with the community while fostering creativity and discovery for all ages.
