Pine Bluff, Arkansas – In the early hours of December 28, a grim discovery was made in Pine Bluff, leading to a police investigation into a fatal shooting. The Pine Bluff Police Department was called to the scene at 313 E. 21st after a report came in about a car with its windows shot out, and suspicions of a person inside.
Upon arrival, officers found the vehicle parked just off 21st, where they made a tragic discovery. Inside the car was 31-year-old Zeavon Irby. Irby was found unresponsive, having suffered from apparent gunshot wounds. Despite the quick response of the officers, Irby was pronounced dead at the scene.
