Felony suspect in Kansas homicide arrested in Pine Bluff

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – U.S. Marshals arrested a man in Pine Bluff on Tuesday who was wanted on a felony warrant connected to an August homicide case in Kansas.

Jemon Allen, a 33-year-old man, was taken into custody at around 3 p.m., as confirmed by the Pittsburg, Kan., police. Allen’s arrest is a crucial step in the ongoing investigation of a homicide that occurred on August 20. He was arrested on a felony warrant issued by the 11th Judicial District Court of Crawford County, Kan., and is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 36-year-old Justin E. Krogen.
