Health-focused workshop for women aged 30 and older to be held this week in Pine Bluff

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The ARTx3 Campus is offering a health-driven workshop titled “Movement and Agility,” led by renowned exercise therapist Lauren Robertson. This workshop is specifically designed for women aged 30 and older, focusing on functional strength-building exercises to enhance strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall confidence.

Workshop Details

Lauren Robertson, a registered exercise therapist from LBR Fitness, will guide participants through a series of exercises aimed at improving their physical well-being. “Our bodies were created to move, so let’s learn how together!” says Robertson. Her expertise ensures that attendees will receive top-notch instruction on how to safely and effectively improve their physical fitness.

Date and Venue

The workshop is scheduled for Friday, July 12, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. It will take place at The ARTSpace on Main, located at 623 S. Main St. in Pine Bluff. This convenient location provides a welcoming environment for participants to learn and grow together.
