Perry County resident secures a $50,000 lottery prize after sticking to his winning habit

Perryville, Arkansas – A Perry County man’s longtime lottery-playing habit finally brought him his biggest win yet.

Bob E., a dedicated Arkansas Lottery player, landed a $50,000 prize while playing the $50,000 Frenzy instant game. He claimed his winnings at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center on March 13.

A Lucky Nickel and a Winning Habit

Bob plays the lottery daily and has a unique routine when it comes to scratching off his tickets.

“I don’t know if you call it a system or what,” Bob said. “But I always go home and get my lucky nickel to scratch.”

His system has already rewarded him several times—he has won multiple $5,000 prizes and even pocketed $500 just last week. But he had his sights set on something even bigger.

During a recent trip to one of his go-to retailers, Bob picked up a $50,000 Frenzy ticket, brought it home, and followed his usual process.

When he started scratching, Bob was thrilled to see a $1,000 prize with a 20X multiplier.

“Whoa! Are there any more?” he wondered.

He kept scratching, and his excitement grew. Another 20X multiplier appeared, followed by a $10,000 instant win symbol. By the time he finished revealing his ticket, Bob had secured the $50,000 top prize.

Shocked by the win, Bob immediately texted his wife with five consecutive “OMG” messages. Concerned at first, she quickly joined in the celebration when he shared the good news.

Despite the windfall, Bob has no immediate plans for the money. However, he has no intention of stopping his lottery routine and already has a few more winning tickets waiting to be claimed.

More Chances to Win

For those hoping to follow in Bob’s lucky footsteps, sixty-three top prizes of $50,000 still remain in the $50,000 Frenzy game.
