Pine Bluff police ask for help locating man wanted for first degree battery and terroristic acts

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – Authorities in Pine Bluff are asking the public for help locating a suspect wanted in connection with a violent incident that occurred earlier this month. The Pine Bluff Police Department’s Detective Office has issued a request for assistance in finding 20-year-old James Morrow III.

According to investigators, Morrow is wanted for several serious charges related to an incident that took place on March 6, 2026. Police say he is facing one count of battery in the first degree and two counts of terroristic acts connected to that case.

Officials have not released additional details about the incident itself, but detectives say the investigation remains active as they continue efforts to locate the suspect.

Police Ask Public for Help

The Pine Bluff Police Department has provided a description of the suspect in hopes that members of the public may be able to help identify his location. Authorities say James Morrow III is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs around 180 pounds.

Investigators are urging anyone who may have information about his whereabouts to come forward.

Police say tips from the public could play an important role in helping officers locate Morrow and bring the case to a resolution.
