Pine Bluff sees major decline in overall crime as police release latest public safety statistics for spring 2026

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Pine Bluff Police Department is seeking help from the public to identify a woman involved in a felony-level criminal mischief case that occurred at a local restaurant along Highway 65 South.

On May 27, 2025, the owners of Mom and Pops Café, located at 03432 Highway 65 South, reported substantial property damage that had taken place on the premises. According to the report, the suspect removed copper wiring from the building, damaged the outdoor cooler motor, and broke the door alert system. Police say the financial impact of the destruction exceeds $1,000, elevating the case to a felony under Arkansas law.

Surveillance footage from the business provided key evidence. The video showed a white female with a slender build at the scene. At the time of the incident, the woman was wearing a green hat, green shirt, and pink shorts. She also had a backpack with her. Investigators believe she left behind a Nike sock at the property, which could help identify her.

Police are asking anyone with information that could lead to identifying this woman or locating her whereabouts to come forward. Those who may have seen someone matching the suspect’s description or know anything about the incident are encouraged to call the detective office tip line at 870-730-2106, the detective office at 870-730-2090, or the dispatch center at 870-541-5300.
