Pine Bluff sees major decline in overall crime as police release latest public safety statistics for spring 2026

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Pine Bluff Police Department’s Detective Office is asking the public for help as investigators work to locate three Pine Bluff residents wanted in connection with the same violent incident. Police said the suspects are being sought on serious felony accusations involving an attack on a pregnant woman.

Authorities identified the wanted individuals as 34-year-old Brandi Freeman, 30-year-old Micaiah Ussery, and 30-year-old Maacah Ingram. Investigators said all three are wanted for robbery and 3rd-degree battery of a pregnant female (felony). Police have not released additional details about what led up to the incident, but officials confirmed the three suspects are tied to the same case.

Suspects Identified and Described

Police provided physical descriptions to help community members recognize the wanted individuals:

  • Brandi Freeman, 34, is described as about 5’9″ and around 280 pounds.

  • Micaiah Ussery, 30, is described as about 5’4″ and around 180 pounds.

  • Maacah Ingram, 30, is described as about 5’5″ and around 250 pounds.

Officials said all three are from Pine Bluff.

Investigators are urging anyone who may know where Freeman, Ussery, or Ingram is located to contact law enforcement immediately. Police stressed that even small details—such as where someone was last seen or any recent contact—could help detectives move the case forward.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Detective Office tip line at 870-730-2106, the Detective Office at 870-730-2090, or the Dispatch Center at 870-541-5300.

Police also encouraged residents to stay alert and to let investigators handle any contact, emphasizing that public tips can play a key role in locating suspects wanted for violent offenses.
