Pine Bluff police searching for woman wanted for second degree domestic battery after July incident

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 22-year-old Tearnisha Richardson, who is wanted in connection with a domestic violence incident that occurred on July 5, 2025.

According to detectives, Richardson is wanted for Domestic Battering 2nd Degree, a serious charge related to physical harm inflicted during a domestic altercation. Investigators say the incident occurred within city limits and led to the issuance of a warrant for her arrest.

Richardson is described as approximately 5 feet tall and weighing around 110 pounds. Authorities are urging anyone who may know where she is to speak up.
