Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has announced an arrest following an investigation into a commercial burglary at a country store in Reydell.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded on July 7, 2026, to a report of a burglary at Reydell Country Store, located at 10603 Highway 11 South.
Investigators immediately began gathering evidence to identify the person responsible for the break-in.
Surveillance footage helped identify suspect
During the investigation, deputies and investigators reviewed surveillance video that captured the individual believed to be involved in the burglary.
Authorities said the footage, along with additional investigative work and follow-up leads, helped identify the suspect as Logan Mooney, an 18-year-old from Russellville, Arkansas.
After identifying Mooney, law enforcement officers located him and took him into custody without incident.
He was transported to the Dub Brassell Detention Center, where he was booked on a charge of Commercial Burglary.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest on July 8, 2026, one day after deputies first responded to the reported break-in.
Officials have not released additional details regarding the burglary or indicated whether any property was recovered as the investigation continues through the normal court process.
