Three Arkansas lottery players win big on scratch-off tickets in one week

Winning lottery ticket worth $120,000 sold in Mountain Home remains unclaimed after April 3 drawing

Fayetteville, Arkansas – Three Arkansas Lottery participants walked away with major instant prizes, each claiming life-changing amounts at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center.

Unexpected Stop Leads to $300,000 Top Prize

Paul Y. from Baxter County took home one of the top $300,000 prizes after purchasing a $10 Xtreme Money ticket. He stopped at E-Z Mart #4243, located at 1030 Highway 201 N. in Mountain Home, simply to escape the intense summer heat. Although he hadn’t planned on buying a ticket, Paul said, “I really wasn’t going to buy a ticket at first. But I just had a feeling that day.”

That gut feeling paid off when his ticket revealed the top prize. Visibly moved, Paul added, “This really was a miracle, I tell you what.” He intends to save his winnings. According to lottery officials, two top prizes of $300,000 still remain for Xtreme Money players.

School Shopping Trip Turns Into $200,000 Surprise

Just a day earlier, Vickie N. from Washington County claimed a $200,000 prize after purchasing a Diamond Dollars ticket. Vickie bought the $10 scratch-off at White Oak Station, 2584 N. Gregg Avenue in Fayetteville, while shopping for school shoes for her grandson.

Vickie recalled asking her husband, “Would you buy me a couple of $10 scratchers?” Later that evening, she scratched the tickets while her husband napped, only to realize she had won one of the game’s top prizes.

“I jumped off the sofa screaming so loud, I woke up my husband!” she told lottery staff. “I’m still excited.”

Gas Station Routine Ends in $75,000 Win

K. Lim from Bryant became the third big winner, claiming a $75,000 prize with a Loteria™ ticket. She purchased the $3 instant game at Happy Mart on 11108 MacArthur Dr. in North Little Rock during a regular stop for gas.

“I just buy based on feeling,” Lim shared — a feeling that turned out to be extremely lucky. Though she hasn’t yet decided how to use the prize, Lim said she plans to keep playing in hopes of securing an even bigger win in the future.

There is still one remaining top prize of $75,000 available in the Loteria™ game.
