Tuba and euphonium players to fill McCain Mall with holiday cheer at annual TubaChristmas event

North Little Rock, Arkansas – North Little Rock will soon ring with the deep, joyful sounds of tubas and euphoniums as part of a global tradition celebrating its 52nd anniversary. A special TubaChristmas concert is scheduled for Saturday, December 20, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, at McCain Mall, located at 3929 McCain Blvd. The event invites the public to enjoy a unique and festive musical performance that honors low brass instruments during the holiday season.

Performers Encouraged to Join the Celebration

Tuba and euphonium players interested in participating in the concert are encouraged to register in advance and attend the morning rehearsal at the Hays Senior Center, located at 401 Pershing Blvd, also in North Little Rock. Registration begins at 9:30 AM, followed by rehearsal at 10:00 AM.

All performers are asked to wear bright, festive holiday colors and decorate their instruments, adding to the visual and musical celebration. A $15 registration fee is required, which includes a 2025 TubaChristmas commemorative button. Payments will be accepted by cash or CashApp only.

Music books will also be available for purchase on-site, priced at $20 for small print and $25 for large print.

TubaChristmas is a beloved tradition held in cities across the world each year, bringing together musicians of all ages and skill levels to showcase the power and warmth of low brass instruments through classic Christmas melodies.
