Two Arkansans win $200,000 each playing dinosaur-themed lottery scratch-off

Springdale, Arkansas – Two Arkansas lottery players have each walked away with $200,000 top prizes after playing the popular JURASSIC WORLD instant game, inspired by the blockbuster franchise from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment.

Kimberly E., a Clark County resident, claimed her $200,000 prize at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center on October 27. She had purchased the $10 scratch-off ticket at Road Runner #8, located at 311 Pine Street in Arkadelphia. Kimberly, who occasionally plays the lottery, said her decision to buy the ticket was purely impulsive.

“It was actually kind of random,” she recalled during her visit to the Claim Center. “I thought, ‘Aw, cute dinosaur!’”

What began as a casual purchase quickly turned into a life-changing moment. Kimberly scratched the ticket at home while relaxing with her father and grandmother. The numbers revealed something she couldn’t believe.

“This isn’t real!” she exclaimed. “This has to be a joke or some kind of prank.”

Her disbelief was echoed by her family, who were just as stunned when she showed them the ticket. Still uncertain, Kimberly rushed to another lottery retailer to scan the ticket and confirm the win.

“The anticipation was eating me alive,” she admitted, laughing.

After the prize was confirmed, Kimberly revealed some of her plans. She intends to travel, donate to charity, and most excitingly, surprise her mother with the news.

“I can’t wait to see her face when I tell her,” she said.

Kimberly wasn’t the only Arkansan to strike it big on the JURASSIC WORLD scratch-off game. A Springdale resident also hit the $200,000 top prize, purchasing their ticket at Konolo Express, located at 610 North Thompson Street in Springdale. After discovering the win, the player shared the news with their spouse, and together they plan to use the money toward buying a new home.

According to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, there is still one top prize of $200,000 remaining on the JURASSIC WORLD $10 scratch-off ticket. With two winners already celebrating, hopeful players now have just one more chance to capture the grand prize in this roaring lottery game.
