Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff’s (UAPB) Jazz Ensemble will take the stage for the next installment of the Live@5 concert series, bringing their signature sound to downtown Pine Bluff. The concert will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, April 4, at the Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas, located at 701 S. Main St.
Known as the university’s premiere jazz group, the UAPB Jazz Ensemble performs a wide range of styles, including swing, contemporary, funk, progressive, and the classic jazz standards. The group frequently tours both locally and nationally, building a reputation for energetic performances and musical excellence.
Tickets and Event Details
Entry to the concert is $10 for ARTx3 members and university students, and $15 for nonmembers. Admission can be paid at the door.
Complimentary beverages—including beer and wine for guests 21 and older, as well as nonalcoholic options—are included in the ticket price. Wristbands will be provided to individuals under the age of 21, and attendees must present valid identification to receive alcoholic beverages.
This event is part of the long-running Live@5 concert series, which features jazz, blues, and rock & roll performances on the first Friday of every month. Live@5 is made possible through the support of MK Distributors, with additional funding provided by Simmons Bank.
