Urgent search continues for Pine Bluff woman with medical needs missing since May 13

Pine Bluff police renew their plea for help as the search for Joynell Brandon continues into November

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Pine Bluff Police Department is actively searching for Joynell Brandon, a 43-year-old woman who was reported missing on May 13, 2025. Joynell was last seen on University Avenue in Pine Bluff, and authorities are urging the public to come forward with any information that could assist in locating her.

Joynell is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She is a Black female and was last seen wearing black leggings, a black and gold blouse, and carrying a rainbow purse. Notably, Joynell has a nose ring and visible scarring from burns on the right side of her neck and right arm.

Police emphasize that “Joynell has a diagnosed mental health condition that requires medication. Joynell does not have this medication with her.” The lack of access to necessary medication raises serious concerns for her safety and well-being.

Authorities are working closely with Joynell’s family and are treating the situation with urgency and compassion.
