Arkansas Lottery’s LOTTO jackpot surpasses $3 million for first time

Mississippi County man wins $200,000 on scratch-off ticket purchased in Bassett

Little Rock, Arkansas – The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery’s exclusive draw games are climbing to unprecedented levels, promising significant payouts for lucky winners in the upcoming drawings. The LOTTO jackpot has surged to an all-time high of $3.025 million for Wednesday night’s drawing, marking the first time in the game’s history that the jackpot has exceeded $3 million. This record-breaking amount surpasses the previous highest jackpot of $2.338 million, which was claimed in May 2023.

Record-Setting LOTTO Jackpot

LOTTO, a game available only in Arkansas, was introduced in September 2022 with the goal of providing state residents the opportunity to win substantial prizes. Drawings for LOTTO take place every Wednesday and Saturday at 9 p.m. During each drawing, six numbers between 1 and 40 are selected. To win the jackpot, players must match all six numbers, regardless of the order in which they are drawn. For those who match three or more numbers, alternative prizes are also available, with or without the bonus number.

Once the jackpot is claimed, it resets to $250,000 and continues to grow with ticket sales from each subsequent draw. Tickets for LOTTO are priced at $2 per play, with sales closing at 8:59 p.m. on the night of the draw.

How to Participate

Tickets for LOTTO can be purchased through licensed Arkansas lottery retailers, as well as online via the Jackpocket app, Jackpot.com, and Lotto.com. As lottery jackpots continue to grow, Arkansans have more opportunities to win big while supporting scholarships for students across the state.
