Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Pine Bluff Police Department has successfully identified a suspect in an ongoing investigation thanks to the support of the community. The suspect, now identified as Johnny Martin, was initially sought after for engaging in inappropriate and indecent behavior inside a local business.
