Three Arkansas players claim top scratch off prizes totaling more than $1 million

Three Arkansas players claim top scratch off prizes totaling more than $1 million

Arkansas – Several Arkansas lottery players are celebrating life-changing wins after recently claiming top prizes at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center, with winners from three counties walking away with a combined $1.1 million in instant-game prizes.

Officials with the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said the recent claims highlight how scratch-off games continue to deliver big moments for players across the state, while also supporting scholarship funding for Arkansas students.

Three big wins across Arkansas counties

The largest prize in the group went to a Bradley County woman who won $500,000 playing 200X the Cash, a $20 instant game. She purchased the winning ticket at Cash’s #4471, located at 321 Main St. in Hermitage, and claimed her prize on Jan. 21.

“I was in disbelief,” the winner told lottery officials. She said she has played the lottery for years and bought the scratch-off without any expectation of a major win. Even after realizing what she had uncovered, the moment took time to sink in.

The Bradley County winner said she plans to keep playing both scratch-off and draw games. She also shared that she was glad her purchase helps support lottery-funded scholarships for Arkansas students. Officials noted that one $500,000 top prize remains on 200X the Cash.

Another major win came from Baxter County, where a resident claimed $350,000 playing $350,000 Jackpot, another $20 instant game. She bought the winning ticket at E-Z Mart #4321, located at 913 E. 9th St. in Mountain Home.

The winner told lottery officials that her children had previously benefited from lottery-funded scholarships, making the win especially meaningful. She said she never truly believed she would win big until she saw the ticket herself.

“This can’t be real,” the player thought.

She first shared the news with her husband, who was just as stunned. The couple remained unsure until the ticket was officially scanned at the ASL Claim Center, confirming the $350,000 prize. The Baxter County winner said she plans to save the money for retirement. Lottery officials said one $350,000 top prize remains on $350,000 Jackpot.

Boone County man celebrates another major lottery moment

The third big win came from Boone County, where Charles Campbell claimed $250,000 playing 100X the Cash, a $10 instant game. Campbell claimed his prize on Jan. 20 after the ticket was purchased at White Oak Station Moark #15, located at 4281 Highway 65 S. in Harrison.

Campbell said his wife actually bought the winning ticket for him after noticing there were only a few left in the bin. A weekly lottery player, he said he enjoys instant tickets with higher payouts as well as in-state draw games like Natural State Jackpot, which he believes offer better odds.

The couple scratched the ticket together in Campbell’s truck. When they reached the final row, they realized they were looking at a $250,000 top prize.

“I cried happy tears,” Campbell confessed. “I was overjoyed and so thankful.”

With his wife already aware of the win, Campbell said he decided to tell his boss next, followed by his children. His daughter cried with him, while his son congratulated him on the prize.

Campbell is no stranger to lottery success. He previously won $250,000 and $33,000 in earlier games. This time, he said he plans to save much of the money and take his wife on a trip, turning another big win into a shared celebration.

Lottery officials reminded players that instant games continue to fund scholarships across Arkansas, while still offering chances for unforgettable moments at the claim center.
