Texas – In a disturbing incident in Texas, a birthday celebration for a 6-year-old girl ended in tragedy when the girl’s father, a 27-year-old man identified as J. Foreman, fatally shot his 25-year-old ex-girlfriend, identified as J. Whitlock, in the face. Foreman has been arrested and charged with murder. According to reports, Foreman arrived uninvited at Whitlock’s residence to deliver a birthday present to his daughter. Whitlock had previously told him he was not welcome at the house.
