Health-focused workshop designed for women aged 30 and older to be held in Pine Bluff on Friday

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The ARTx3 Campus in Pine Bluff is bringing a unique health-driven workshop to the community with “Movement and Agility,” led by exercise therapist Lauren Robertson. This empowering class is specifically designed for women ages 30 and older, focusing on enhancing strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall confidence. The workshop is scheduled for Friday, September 13, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at The ARTSpace on Main, located at 623 S. Main St.

Functional Fitness for Women’s Health

Lauren Robertson, the owner and founder of LBR Fitness, brings her expertise as a registered exercise therapist and healthy lifestyle coach to this one-hour class. Lauren has spent over five years helping women over 40 to break free from diet culture, prioritize holistic health, and heal their bodies through functional movement. Her “Health Simplified” method has guided hundreds of women to become stronger, healthier, and more mobile while reducing inflammation, medication reliance, and pain.

This functional strength-building class aims to increase your strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and confidence!” reads the invitation, emphasizing the class’s focus on empowering women to connect with their bodies and health goals.

Lauren’s passion for helping women feel their best goes beyond the numbers on the scale. She believes it’s never too late to improve one’s health, strength, and mobility. The class encourages participants to embrace movement as a means to enhance overall well-being.
