Mayor Vivian Flowers to deliver important updates during the upcoming State of the City Address in Pine Bluff

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – On March 31, 2025, Pine Bluff residents will have the opportunity to hear directly from Mayor Vivian Flowers during the city’s annual State of the City Address. The event will begin at 6 PM and take place in the Pine Bluff Convention Center Auditorium.

Highlighting Progress and Plans

Mayor Flowers is expected to provide a thorough overview of Pine Bluff’s progress over the past year, with particular attention to key areas such as economic development, public safety, infrastructure, and community engagement.
