Memphis Police Department (MPD) confirmed that one of their off-duty officers was arrested in Arkansas on Thanksgiving Eve for driving under the influence (DUI).
The arrest occurred on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, around 8 p.m., when Arkansas police took Garry Arnold into custody.
