Pine Bluff couples invited to strengthen their relationship and relax together at a special Valentine’s yoga event

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – Couples looking for a unique and relaxing way to celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend are invited to Couples Yoga on Saturday, February 15, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at The ARTSpace on Main, located at 623 S. Main St., Pine Bluff. This special event is led by certified yoga instructor FloEssence, offering a perfect opportunity for partners to connect, relax, and rejuvenate together.

Strengthen Your Bond Through Yoga

Designed for all experience levels, Couples Yoga focuses on partner-based poses, mindful breathing, and trust-building exercises. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will provide a peaceful and enriching experience to deepen your connection with your partner.

Participants will engage in:

  • Guided partner yoga poses to enhance trust and communication
  • Breathing techniques to promote relaxation and mindfulness
  • Gentle movements to encourage balance and connection

Yoga mats will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own mats if they prefer.

Cost: $5 minimum per person, $15 recommended
