Pine Bluff police ask for public help in locating man wanted for domestic battering incident

Police investigating after 18-year-old is injured by gunfire during early morning New Year’s celebration

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a serious domestic violence incident.

According to authorities Freddy Harris was involved in a domestic incident on June 10, 2025. The charge filed against Harris is Domestic Battering in the Second Degree, a serious offense under Arkansas law that typically involves causing physical injury to a household member.

Authorities have identified the suspect as 67-year-old Freddy Harris, described as a Black male standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 182 pounds. Detectives believe Harris may still be in the local area or possibly traveling elsewhere, and they are urging anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to come forward.
