Pine Bluff police searching for woman accused of stealing over $72,000 from former employer

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Pine Bluff Police Department is actively searching for 46-year-old Juanita Hill, who is wanted in connection to a felony theft case involving her former workplace, Reynolds Construction & Commercial Roofing. Authorities allege that Hill stole more than $72,000 from the company between 2024 and 2025 through a pattern of financial misconduct.

Alleged Credit Card and Payroll Fraud

According to investigators, Hill is accused of systematically stealing funds by misusing a company credit card and engaging in payroll manipulation. The reported thefts were not a one-time incident but are believed to have taken place over an extended period, making this a case of calculated and repeated financial abuse.

Police provided a physical description of Hill, who is described as standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 380 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities also released information on her vehicle — a red 2021 Dodge Durango with Arkansas tags AZABDI.

Anyone who may have seen Hill or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact the Pine Bluff Police Department at (870) 541-5300 or the Detective’s Office at (870) 730-2090.
