Police urge Pine Bluff businesses and residents to join Crime Eye for safer neighborhoods

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Pine Bluff Police Department has introduced a new safety initiative aimed at reducing crime and improving emergency response times. The Pine Bluff Crime Eye program allows residents and business owners to register or integrate their security cameras with the police department, creating a stronger network of surveillance throughout the community.

Strengthening Community Security

Through this video-sharing program, security cameras installed at homes and businesses can assist law enforcement in identifying suspects, gathering evidence, and responding to incidents more effectively. If a crime occurs near a registered camera, the police department will receive an alert, indicating the presence of surveillance in the area. With the owner’s permission, officers can access the footage in real time, allowing them to act swiftly.

By expanding the network of available security footage, the Crime Eye program aims to deter criminal activity while empowering residents to take an active role in public safety efforts.

How to Participate

Pine Bluff residents and business owners who wish to register or integrate their cameras can do so by visiting https://refer.flocksafety.com/pinebluffcrimeeye/

This program also offers options for those interested in purchasing a security camera to join the network.

The Pine Bluff Police Department encourages all community members to consider participating in this initiative to help make neighborhoods safer and support law enforcement efforts in crime prevention.
