Taekwondo Black Belt instructor to lead women’s self-defense class at The ARTSpace on Main in Pine Bluff

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – Florence “FloEssence” Love, a Taekwondo Black Belt instructor, is set to lead a self-defense class specifically designed for women. Scheduled for Saturday, March 16, from 1:30 to 3 p.m., the session will take place at The ARTSpace on Main, located at 623 S. Main St. in Pine Bluff.

With an entry fee set at a minimum of $5 and a recommended contribution of $15, the class welcomes participants aged 13 and older. This martial arts class aims to impart noble techniques that increase confidence, enhance self-awareness, and provide essential skills for protection against physical threats.
