Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The ARTx3 Campus is excited to host its next session of Yoga in the Loft on Saturday, October 19, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. The event will take place at The ARTSpace on Main, located at 623 S. Main St., Pine Bluff. This month’s session will feature a fun and festive theme – Spooky Yoga – offering participants a unique opportunity to exercise, relax, and enjoy the Halloween spirit.
Led by certified yoga instructor Florence “FloEssence” Love, the workshop will provide a blend of yoga exercises and a calming guided meditation. FloEssence will guide attendees through gentle stretches, mindful breathing exercises, and meditation techniques designed to improve balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. The session welcomes all skill levels, making it a valuable experience whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned participant.
What to Expect
Participants should dress comfortably in yoga-appropriate attire. Yoga mats will be available at the venue, but attendees are welcome to bring their own. The event is part of ARTx3’s Flex Pay program, which allows participants to pay what they can, with a minimum fee of $5 and a recommended fee of $15. This makes it an accessible event for everyone, with the focus on fostering community wellness.
The session is open to individuals aged 13 and older. After the active yoga portion, participants will wind down with a relaxing guided meditation, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit to promote tranquility and overall well-being.
