Two Arkansas residents celebrate $50,000 wins from popular instant lottery game

Little Rock, Arkansas – The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery instant ticket game $50,000 Stacked is continuing to deliver life-changing wins, with two residents recently claiming top prizes and sharing how unexpected luck turned into major moments.

K. Malcolm of Clark County is among the latest winners, taking home $50,000 after purchasing a ticket from Smoker Friendly #1157, located at 2708 Pine St., Suite C in Arkadelphia. His win came shortly after the game launched, and by his own admission, it was not even his usual choice.

Unexpected Wins and Big Plans Ahead

Malcolm typically prefers games that offer million-dollar jackpots, but on this occasion, he decided to try something different with an extra $20 he had available. That small decision quickly turned into a life-changing moment. After taking the ticket home, he scratched it off and realized he had landed one of the top prizes.

“I couldn’t believe it at first,” he said. “I was just in shock.”

The surprise was overwhelming, and Malcolm immediately reached out to his brother to share the news. Looking ahead, he already has plans for the winnings, saying he hopes to use the money to open a business.

Malcolm’s story highlights how a simple decision to try something new can sometimes lead to unexpected rewards.

Another Arkansas resident, Brian Wells of Monticello, also joined the list of big winners after claiming his own $50,000 prize from the same $50,000 Stacked ticket. Wells purchased his winning ticket at E-Z Mart #4453, located at 505 US 425 S. in Monticello.

A regular lottery player, Wells enjoys trying a variety of games, especially $20 instant tickets. Over time, he has developed a personal routine that he believes brings him luck. He prefers to buy his tickets early in the morning and let them sit throughout the day before scratching them later at home.

His chosen spot is his recliner in front of the television, where he uses what he calls his “lucky scratching pocketknife.” This routine paid off in a big way, as the very first row of his ticket revealed a $50,000 top prize.

For Wells, this marks his largest win to date, though he has previously won smaller amounts such as $500 and $1,000. Like Malcolm, he shared the news first with his brother, continuing a theme of family being part of these memorable moments.

Wells already has plans for how he will use his winnings. As someone who enjoys cars, he plans to put some of the money toward his car fund. He also intends to celebrate by taking his brother and brother-in-law out for a meal.

The $50,000 Stacked game continues to offer opportunities for players across the state. As of now, 57 top prizes of $50,000 still remain, giving others a chance to experience the same excitement.

These recent wins show that whether through a spontaneous purchase or a long-standing routine, luck can appear in unexpected ways, turning ordinary days into unforgettable ones for Arkansas lottery players.
