Overnight closures scheduled on Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard in Fayetteville for Interstate 49 bridge construction work

North Little Rock, Arkansas – The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) is inviting the public to attend a meeting on Tuesday, March 11, to learn more about the proposed widening of Highway 365 between Interstate 40 (I-40) and Marche Road in Morgan. The meeting will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Cedar Heights Baptist Church, located at 14510 Cedar Heights Road in North Little Rock.

Community Input is Encouraged

Residents, business owners, and commuters who frequently travel this stretch of Highway 365 are encouraged to participate in the meeting to gain insight into the project’s objectives and share their feedback. ARDOT will provide detailed information about the proposed expansion, including potential impacts, construction timelines, and benefits.

For those unable to attend in person, meeting materials are available online. Individuals can review project details and submit written comments through the ARDOT website. The comment period will remain open until 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. A Spanish translation of the website is also available to ensure accessibility for a broader audience.

How to Submit Feedback

Feedback can be submitted online or by mailing printed comment forms to ARDOT’s Environmental Division at P.O. Box 2261, Little Rock, AR 72203-2261. Those without internet access can contact Matt Strawn at (501) 569-2281 to ask questions or request project details.

A Step Toward Improved Infrastructure

The Highway 365 widening project is part of ARDOT’s ongoing efforts to enhance road capacity, improve traffic flow, and ensure safer travel for motorists in the Morgan area. Public participation plays a key role in shaping the project’s development and addressing community concerns.

Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to stay informed and provide valuable input before the final plans are set.
